Holy motherload of tuna! Okay, so I will just say in advance that this post will not be as detailed as most others because I went to 3 different Rite Aids, CVS, and Walgreen's to accumulate everything shown in my picture above. But I will kinda break it down for you.
I bought:
- 26 cans of tuna (coulda got more and wiped them clean at 8:00 am but I wanted to be fair to the customers)
- 9 bottles of Ester C gummy vitamins (I got a raincheck for 20 more too cause I have enough coupons to make them all free!)
- 1 Ester C to go vitamin powder
- 2 bottles of PediaCare children's fever reducer
- 2 Men's Dove deodarant
- 4 Mentos
- 1 king size Reeses cups
- 1 king size Reeses minis
- 1 Snickers
- 1 crappy piece of carmel (to cover overage at stinkin' Walgreen's)
- 1 pack of 27 ouchless hair rubberbands
- 1 Venus razor with 2 cartridges
- 1 8-pack Valentine conversational candies
- 1 pack of Princess valentines
- 1 2-pack of 9V batteries
Paid cash $8.60 + used $10.00 +UP rewards from previous transactions = Total out of pocket $18.60
Received back $24 in +UP rewards
Final Verdict: All for FREE plus $5.40 Money Maker and got over $200 worth of products!
Also, on two of the receipts, I received an opportunity for a survey, which will get me two more $3 off of $15 purchase coupons. Man, you gotta love Rite Aid!
I also went to Staples for the first time and took advantage of their free stuff as seen above. Gotta get some free paper to print all those coupons on right?
I bought:
- 2 reams of paper (500 count each)
- 2 boxes of self seal envelopes (100 count each)
- 2 boxes of paperclips (200 count each)
Paid cash $28.12
Will get back $24 in prepaid Visa card
Final Verdict: $4 out of pocket!
I hope some of you are giving this couponing thing a try! Take baby steps and work up to big ones. And feel free to leave comments on some of the great finds that you are coming across. I would love to hear about your success too!
