So I don't have a picture for you of today's Rite Aid trip to show you, but I will list out all that I got. It was a good trip overall. Now, I just wish today's newspapers would show up so I can head over to CVS, but that just might have to wait until tomorrow. Here is today's breakdown:
10 tubes of Lay's Stax potato chips ($1 each with $1 +UP reward...thru 2/28)
3 bags of TGIF chips ($1 each with $1 +UP reward...thru 2/28)
2 Dawn dish soap with Olay ($1 each)
1 Huggies Pull-Ups ($9.59 with my 20% discount)
3 Nexxus conditioners (50% off clearance...I ALMOST would pay full price for this stuff. It is amazing!)
Total: $46.00
Used $12 +UP rewards from previous transactions
Used $3 Nexxus coupon from free sample I received
Used 1 free Huggies Pull-Ups from Enjoy The Rides points
Used 2 $1 off Dawn from Organize In Style coupon booklet I posted about earlier
Paid cash: about $10.00
Received: $10 +UP reward for purchasing $20 in Nexxus products
Final Verdict: $12.00 out of pocket after +UP rewards and coupons! (Even though I only spent $10 cash and got $10 +UP rewards, I don't count this as a "FREE" trip because I consider using my previous +UP rewards as out of pocket.)
Also, there was a survey opportunity at the bottom of my receipt. I went online and did it and received a $3 off of $15 purchase (this is $15 before coupons). This is bound to come in handy to get me some more FREE stuff next week.
Also, Also, I have about 500 points with only 500 points left to reach the highest stage in the Wellness program (this gets me another 20% off for the entire 2012 year if I reach it.) and I am only 2 months into the year. I'm sure to reach it. Keep in mind, the wellness points are accumulated despite coupons, which means they base it off the total purchase before coupons are deducted. There is no way I have spent $500 at Rite Aid in the past two months.
